Shipping policy

Business Days & Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday - Thursday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time from Monday - Thursday after 11:59 AM, it will be processed the following business day. Purchase order process lead time is 3 working days on Monday - Thursday.  

Neither regular shipping nor express shipping process on Friday, Saturdas, Sunday, and Holidays.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday or the following USA Holidays:

    Tracking Orders

    When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 3-5 business days on Monday - Thursday after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.

    $8.99 Flat Shipping with orders under $75. We offer FREE Domestic UPS Ground shipping or FREE USPS standard shipping with $75+ orders. (Conterminous United States only)

    Free UPS 3 Day Shipping or Free USPS Priority for orders over $350 per order. (Conterminous United States only)

    Orders that qualify for this free shipping offer can only be delivered to locations in the Conterminous United States. (Sorry, but this offer is not for recipients in Alaska, Guam. Hawaii, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S.V.I. etc.)


    Hawaii & Alaska & Guam

    Free UPS or USPS Standard Shipping for over $150/Order, Excluding all Bulk Wires. For shipments to Hawaii , Alaska, and Guam, we offer USPS and UPS shipping options. 


    Puerto Rico

    We ship to Puerto Rico via our 1-3 business day standard shipping. Expedited shipping options are also available.

     

    APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

    Standard shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses is via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. 

     

    Multiple Shipping Addresses

    We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.
